This page explains how your print is produced and delivered, and roughly how long the whole process takes. If anything about your delivery is unclear, you are welcome to write to us.
Production
Because every print is made to order, there is a short production stage before anything is dispatched. Your order is prepared and finished by our European print partner once it has been accepted. Only after that production stage is complete does the print enter the delivery network.
Delivery times
Delivery across the European Union typically takes 3 to 7 business days once production is complete. The total time you wait is therefore the production stage plus this delivery window. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, and busy periods can add a little to the estimate.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses across the European Union. Prints are dispatched from within the region, which keeps journeys short and avoids customs steps for orders delivered inside the EU.
Packaging
Prints are packed flat or rolled in protective materials chosen to guard the paper and its corners in transit. We take care with packaging because the surface and edges of a print matter as much as the image itself.
Tracking and delays
Where tracking is available, the details are shared with you once your order is dispatched. Occasionally a parcel is delayed by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimate above, contact us at hello@botanicwalls.com and we will look into it with you.
