When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, email address and the contents of your order. When you contact us, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We do not ask for information we do not need.
Payment information
Payments are handled by a third party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly with that processor and are not stored on our own systems. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with the order reference it relates to.
How we use your information
We use your information to produce and deliver your order, to send order and delivery updates, to respond to enquiries, and to keep basic records required for accounting and tax. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses a small number of cookies so that the site functions correctly and so we can understand, in aggregate, how visitors move through the pages. Analytics data is used to improve the site and is reviewed at a general level rather than tied to your identity. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

We share the minimum information required with the parties that help us operate: our European print partner, which produces and ships your order, and the payment processor described above.
